Position Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with 2–5 years of experience who is confident, professional, and performance-minded. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working one-on-one with clients and has a strong interest in golf performance and movement.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and movement assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment and performance plans
Deliver one-on-one physical therapy sessions (no double booking)
Apply evidence-based manual therapy and corrective exercise
Educate clients on injury prevention and long-term performance
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with trainers and performance staff
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
2–5 years of clinical experience
Strong orthopedic and/or sports rehab foundation
Preferred Qualifications
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification
Experience working with golfers or rotational athletes
Interest in performance-based or cash-based physical therapy
Manual therapy or specialty certifications

Our front desk and administrative team plays a critical role in keeping the studio running smoothly, professionally, and consistently.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant / Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator with a sports background who is professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in sports, fitness, or performance environments and looking to gain hands-on experience in both operations and brand support.
This position blends front desk operations, facility support, scheduling, administrative tasks, and basic social media coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Experience
Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional studio environment
Manage client check-ins and front desk operations
Answer phones, emails, and general client inquiries
Scheduling & Administrative Support
Assist with scheduling sessions and managing calendars
Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, organization, filing)
Support trainers and Physical Therapists with day-to-day needs
Facility Support
Maintain cleanliness of the studio, front desk, and common areas
Manage laundry (towels, linens, studio materials)
Restock supplies and notify leadership of needs
Social Media Coordination
Capture photos and short videos during training sessions (with permission)
Assist with posting content to studio social media platforms
Follow content guidelines and brand standards
Support consistency in posting and engagement

Basic computer and scheduling system proficiency
Ability to follow processes and brand guidelines
Willingness to learn and take direction
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time hours (flexible based on class schedule and studio needs)
